If you've added a BL touch to your Tevo Tornado, you already have a spare end stop. I designed this project as a way to repurpose the tornado's spare end stop into a filament run out sensor. Since I'm using OctoPrint to control my printer and relying on the filament sensor reloaded plugin, setting up a similar system is definitely doable. If you're interested in achieving this, there are plenty of YouTube tutorials available to guide you through the process.
