This part is specifically designed for attaching the stock filament runout sensor of Longer LK4 Pro to a dual drive extruder upgrade kit.\r\n\r\nThe upgraded aluminum dual-gear pulley dual-drive extruder kit can be found here: https://www.banggood.com/Upgraded-Aluminum-Dual-Gear-Pulley-Dual-Drive-Extruder-Kit-For-Creality-CR-10-CR-10S-CR-10S-Pro-Ender-3-Ender-3-Pro-3D-Printer-p-1469345.html?rmmds=myorder&cur_warehouse=CN\r\n(Note that I am not responsible for the extruder kit).\r\n\r\nThe sldprt file has been included to allow you to easily modify the part to suit your needs and other printers or sensors, but for LK4 this is a direct fit.\r\n\r\nTo install, remove the spring-loaded lever of the extruder so that you can screw in the part.\r\n\r\nAs a finishing touch after printing, use a tip of a knife to spin in the screw holes and make screwing the sensor easier.\r\n\r\nEDIT 12.2.2020: The position of the sensor has been adjusted for better contact with the filament.\r\nEDIT 17.2.2020: Further adjustments have been made to the position of the sensor due to occasional missreadings.\r\nEDIT 8.10.2020: Additional material has been added to the screw side of the sensor for improved adhesion and excess material removed from the other side. Printing this part out of PETG or ABS is also suggested if used in a cabinet due to high temperatures.
