### Filament Sensor/Feeder | Ender 3 | No Supports The stl renders aren't showing up for some reason; there are more parts than just the two clips. Remixed from the following (thingiverse native linking was bugging out) - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1711348 - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3052488 ### Non-printed parts: - Switch: Omron V-156-1C26 - Bearing: any standard 608 Everything should be printable without supports and should already be oriented correctly. ### Print 1x of each of the following parts: - mounting-bracket - roller - roller-bracket-rod - switch-housing - switch-housing-cover - switch-housing-rod ### Print 2x of each of the following parts: - rod-clip - rod-pin - roller-bracket ### Some obscure instructions: * pressure fit the roller onto a 608 bearing * put the two roller-bracket halves such that the round parts are on the inner part of the bearing * use one of the clips to secure that piece into the roller bracket rod * use one of the pins to secure the roller bracket rod into the main mounting bracket * use the other clip to secure the switch housing to corresponding rod * use the other pin to secure the switch housing rod into the main mounting bracket * the main mounting bracket should just press fit onto the z-axis gantry If it's still confusing, please comment and I'll upload a video or something. ----
