Filament sensor adapter for the K1
prusaprinters
I know that there is tons of filament sensor adapters for the K1 but all has the same issue that it's that the filament gets bended between the adapter and the filament sensor. So you need to unscrew it, take out a small amount of filament and put inside the adapter in order to reach the extruder. My version is improve to force the filament go straight (as possible) to get inside the extruder to print anything. You only need a M5 insert and M5 bowden coupler. Reuse the M3 screws from the machine.Requires PETG/ABS in order not to melt the plastic with the soldering iron. You can print it with PLA but If you use the soldering iron, it will probably get melted. No supports need it.UPDATED TO V 2.0 after having issues with the extrusion.DONATIONS WILL APPRECIATE HERE: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/gepigom2883
