This design showcases Colors with minimal Material.\r\nYou have five Variants of Thickness in one Sample.\r\nThe Sample includes 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 & 1mm thicknesses and measures only 40x40x1mm.\r\n\r\nTwo Box options are available.\r\nThe Box with two Rows accommodates 100 Samples, while the Box with one Row holds 50 Samples.\r\nThe Two Row Box is ideal for Storage, whereas the Box with one Row is better suited for handling Samples and placing them in or out.\r\nEach Box features a Cover to shield Samples from Dust.\r\n\r\nPrint Settings used for the Box:\r\nLayer: 0.2mm\r\nWalls: Five\r\nTop/Bottom: Five\r\nInfill: Thirty Percent\r\nMaterial: PLA\r\nSpeed: Similar to normal usage or slightly slower for Separators.\r\n\r\nPrint Settings used for Samples:\r\nLayer: 0.2mm\r\nWalls: Three\r\nTop/Bottom: Five\r\nInfill: Not Applicable\r\nSpeed: Twenty Millimeters per Second\r\n\r\nAll Files are attached in Fusion360 Format, allowing you to customize or print the Sample without text and label it with a Pen.\r\n\r\nFeel free to remix my Design.
