Filament Sample Tray and Swatches

I designed a simple display tray for simple filament swatches.

I printed the tray itself in PLA. Swatches gently clip into the slots on each side of the tray and can pivot back and forth as well as easily pull back out for review.

I've included stl files for the tray as well as 5 swatches: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and a blank. I've also included gcode files set up with PrusaSlicer defaults for each swatch and its respective material type in .2 mm layer thickness. Gcode for the blank is PLA. The swatches print in about 5-6 minutes each and use minimal filament.

I recommend placing the swatches into a separate folder on your USB drive, then when you load new filament you can quickly print a swatch of the new color.

Let your print sheet cool before removing the swatches. They are relatively thin @ 1.5mm around the edges, and if you remove them while they're still warm, they'll flex and likely harden into whatever weird shape you peeled them off in once they cool.
