Filament sample spool

I'm a huge fan of experimenting with filament samples, but I've always hated the hassle of loading a tangled or wonky spool onto my printer's holder. That's why I came up with this innovative solution. By designing it in two separate parts, each with threads that allow you to easily unscrew and reload the spool, I've made the process much more convenient. To create the threaded connections, I utilized Fusion360's built-in thread tool, which resulted in a surprisingly tight fit. However, depending on the type of filament used, this might lead to excessive friction. Fortunately, this issue can be easily resolved by applying some grease to the threads or scaling one of the parts slightly up or down. I'd love to see your own creations and hear about your experiences with 3D printing.
