Filament Saddle With Spinning Roller

The Filament Saddle is a handy filament holder designed for easy use with 3DPN filament wall holders. I've also included a 3DPN End Cap to make assembly even smoother. To build the Filament Saddle, you'll need one M6 bolt and nut, three washers no larger than 23mm in diameter, two 8mm bearings, and a single Ziptie. Here's how to assemble it: 1. Place a bearing at the top and bottom of the roller. 2. Add a washer on each side of the roller for extra support. 3. Insert the bolt from the top of the roller, leaving some of it protruding from the bottom. 4. Position the roller with the bolt in the front hole of the Saddle. 5. Secure the backside of the Saddle with a washer. 6. Tighten the nut to hold everything in place. 7. Use a Ziptie to prevent the assembly from coming loose, starting it at the back of the Saddle.
