This is a custom-made snap-fit mount I designed for the Ender Filament Runout Sensor by ryroo211, available on Thingiverse as thing number 4073699. I've added two recessed areas to install double-sided tape, just in case the snap-fit mechanism doesn't work perfectly for you - although I haven't encountered any issues myself. Using one hole for the mounting screw gives you the flexibility to position the filament run-out sensor at an angle that suits your needs best. To assemble this adapter, I used a 0.1 layer height with 100% infill settings, identical to those used by ryroo211 for their Filament Runout Sensor, which is made from PLA material. For optimal results, I recommend using a M4x12 screw paired with an M4 nut and T-Nut adapter, similar to the one created by KenNox on Thingiverse as thing number 3313417.
