Filament Runout Sensor

Filament Runout Sensor

Well I made a simple little Filament motion sensor. It is not complicated and all its elements can be printed with ease. I personally printed the wheels with a layer thickness of 0.1mm using PETG material, which proved to be an excellent choice. The rest was printed in 0.2mm layer thickness also from PETG material, resulting in a robust and reliable structure. To rebuild this sensor, you don't need many parts at all. - 3 M3x8mm screws are required for assembly - 2 washers provide the necessary support - 2 M3x10mm screws are needed to fix the optical sensor firmly in place - 5 M3x15mm screws are used to assemble the housing, ensuring a secure and tight fit Rebuilding this motion sensor was a success!
