Filament Runout Sensor

#Filament Runout Sensor I created models specifically for processing, such as grinding and repainting. See the video below for details. I connected the sensor to the ZMAX axis from left to right: plus, minus, and signal. When pressed, the button closes "minus" and "signal," unlocking "plus." To achieve this, I cut the "plus" track and attached closed buttons to their contacts. ##Components Used: Tube PTFE 2x4 - ali.pub/3lxuyk Limit Switch - ali.pub/3lxv8v Tactile Switch Non-Lock 6 Pin - ali.pub/3lxvlp Button Switch Cap - ali.pub/3lxvpe ##Tools Used: Mini Metal Lathe - ali.pub/3lxvuu NOGA deburring tool and Blades - ali.pub/2z2ah5 CashBack - ali.pub/2v0znm Prusa i4 - ali.pub/3kt2vs
