Filament Runout Sensor for Marlin and Octoprint with ptfe guides

I created this remix to overcome the issue of 2mm holes jamming when pulling filament through. PTFE proves to be highly effective in resolving this problem. To use PTFE as guides, cut small sections from a ptfe tube. The hole diameter is 4.35mm; my ptfe tube measured 4.1mm O.D. and fit snugly into place. Despite CA Glue not adhering well to teflon, I found that roughening the end with sandpaper and applying a small drop before inserting the tube into the ends helps secure it in position.
