Filament runout sensor for Bowden Bondtech BMG
thingiverse
I redesigned the Filament sensor bracket for CR-10 to utilize the same sensor after upgrading to a bondtech extruder mounted in bowden configuration. To adapt this setup, simply swap out the printed part within the E3D adapter on the bondtech with the revised one provided here. For detailed guidance on mounting and connecting the sensor, please refer to the original design page. Note that you may need to re-drill a 2mm hole based on your printer's specifications. Update: I have since added two versions of the redesigned bracket - one for assembly where the Z-rod is positioned near the extruder, similar to CR-10 or Ender-3 printers, and another longer version for assemblies where this proximity is not required.
