Here's a modified version of Denos' Filament Guide that can be easily installed onto the 2040 v-slot open beam profile extrusion, allowing for the mounting of a standard 3D printer endstop as a filament runout sensor. To make this installation process even smoother, I've included Fusion 360 and STL files for your reference. This innovative solution is specifically designed for use on my custom E-Bot, which is actually a derivative of the popular C/D-bot design.
