Filament Run Out Sensor ==================== My homemade filament run out sensor uses a V-156-1C25 roller switch. This sensor is designed to either hang freely below your extruder or be mounted vertically or horizontally on an aluminum extrusion using an M4 T-nut and M4 machine screw. ## Parts - Buy the V-156-1C25 Micro Limit Switch here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PR7QNW3 - Get 4x M3x6mm or M3x8mm Machine Screws - Purchase 2x PC4-M6 Connector (standard bowden tube connectors) here: https://www.amazon.com/Witbot-Straight-Fitting-Connector-Printer/dp/B01NANKRTD ## Updates ### April 28, 2020 * Prints look great and everything works as planned. * I updated the M3 holes on the top cover to make them bigger so the M3 screw won't go through them. * I added photos of the print. ### April 27, 2020 * I haven't printed this yet, but more information will be coming soon.
