I've found that using this modified design has resulted in superior 3D prints with significantly reduced drag on the extruder motor. A key component is the 608 bearing, which can be easily sourced from Amazon at a reasonable cost. If you're an Ender 3 owner, this upgrade should be at the top of your priority list. To achieve optimal results, I recommend printing with raft and supports set to 50 percent infill. Be prepared to spend some time cleaning up the parts afterward to ensure smooth operation.
