My first design is out there for anyone to see. It's not about the lack of filament rollers available, but I wanted to create one from scratch myself. I had four 1614 2RS bearings lying around and couldn't find a design that fit my 3/8" opening. I'm thrilled with how it turned out! I designed two types of spacers or bridges for the different kinds of rolls I have, one 65mm (Hatchbox) and another 55mm (from some other brand). Switching between them is incredibly easy. Fusion 360 was my go-to tool for making this design. Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 50% Things needed: The bearings I used are 1614 2RS (3/8" X 1-1/8" X 3/8"), but any bearing with a 3/8" opening will work perfectly. I need four small bolts and screws, the diameter of the threaded end should be around 3.9mm (+/- some variation works fine). Optional: You don't really need clips, the parts fit together very snugly so it would be hard to separate them during use. I printed them but won't actually use them.
