I set out to create something unique, a filament roller that met my specific needs, but none of the existing options fit the bill. So, I took matters into my own hands and designed one from scratch - no rocket science required here. To build this custom setup, you'll need two 628Z bearings for the roller, two T-nuts (or hammer nuts), and screws for the bracket. Additionally, a M3x18 screw and nut will be necessary for the guide. When printing the roller, I recommend orienting it vertically with support structures in place. This should be accompanied by a brim to ensure better adhesion to the build plate. Similarly, the guide may benefit from a brim for optimal print quality. It's essential that both models are already optimized for their respective print orientations.
