This is a practical little spool roller that requires just 4,608 ZZ ball bearings, which can be sourced from Amazon. The design allows for printing with or without support, as it doesn't make much of a difference in this case. To assemble the roller, glue the bearings in place using a hot glue gun, and then secure the plastic pins with super glue. I've added a 2-way pin and a joiner to enhance its functionality. If desired, you can use the joiner to run three rolls on two bases.
