Filament roll Stand

Needs / Requirements: 4 x the parts 4 times these components 4x the groovy part from Walter see link here below 4 x M3X12 screws with M3 nuts A single piece is made for both flanges (make two sets for a spool stand) The hexagonal holes are designed to hold one screw and let the screw head pass through. The solution is based on M3x12. The photos show M3x16. You can modify the 3D file provided to fit your preferred screws. The bearings used are MR 115, which are small enough for tiny parts. Even though the bearing spacing here fits spools from 120mm to 200mm in diameter, you can still make filament rolls with a smaller or larger diameter. The spool stand design is taken from Walter's thing on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2662199 A unique part to realize both flanges (2 flanges by assembly, 4 flanges for a total spool roll stand) The hexagonal apertures are designed for standard M3 screws and nuts. The solution here is defined for M3X12 screws. The pictures were made with M3x16 screws. You can modify the provided 3D file to fit your preferred screw system. The groovy part is a reuse from Walter's design. You can find it at this link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2662199 The ball bearings used are RM115, which are small enough to avoid big parts. Filament rolls up to 19000 RPM do not need oversized ball bearings.
