Filament roll stabilizer
thingiverse
Are you tired of filament rolls in cardboard rolling out of shape? I'm printing from a SunLu Filament Dryer, and as such the cardboard filament rolls get bent out of shape before the roll is empty. So I made this frame which is easy to attach and detach for resuse. And it's printed easily without support - although I do recommend using brim to avoid warping. This frame fits rolls that are 20cm in diameter, and where the roll wall is up to 5.5mm thick. My print time was 4 hours total; 2 hours per pair of half circles.
