I crafted these fixtures to secure 1.75mm filament against the edge of the reel, preventing kinking that often occurs when using standard holes on reel edges. These custom designs are tailored for my preferred brand (3D Spark), so compatibility with your reels is uncertain. Before printing the full set of 12 nested parts, I recommend testing a single fixture to ensure proper fitment. Additionally, I've included a STEP file allowing users to adjust the gap according to their specific needs. After experimentation, I found that using two fixtures per reel achieved optimal results.
