Filament Roll Holder The filament roll holder is securely mounted on an aluminum profile that features a 20x40 groove design. Its purpose is to supply my 3D printer with continuous filament rolls. This versatile holder can accommodate different widths of rolls, and the width adjustment is achieved by utilizing spacer bushes of varying lengths. A total of two M5 screws are used for mounting the filament roll holder in place. The holder consists of several key components: 1. Axle Holder 2. Four precision-crafted wheels 3. Two steel axles, measuring 90 mm in length and 6 mm in diameter 4. Four spacer bushes, each featuring a 10x6 design and measuring 13 mm in length 5. Four O-rings used to secure the wheels firmly in place Positions one, two, and four were successfully printed using my trusty 3D printer. The source of the steel axles is not particularly important; they can be obtained from an old color printer or even a nail with the correct diameter. The spacer bushes fit snugly onto the waves without any play, ensuring a secure connection. The axles are gently pressed into the axle holder and can be further secured using four threaded holes measuring M3 if necessary. It's crucial to ensure that the wheels operate smoothly at low speeds since their axial alignment is extremely important.
