To print an almost identical version of the original design, I removed my SD card from my electronics due to insufficient functionality. However, the process resulted in excess material at rounded corners, possibly due to communication delays. The new replica features friendly square corners and is parametric for easy customization. To ensure stability, I added a thin bottom piece that required an additional printable addendum for extra rigidity. The STL files provided are 70mm in length, but feel free to adjust the print settings according to your preference. Credit goes to Catarina Mota's shapes.scad file, which I slightly modified due to a triangular issue related to angle calculations. To enhance durability, you may opt to print and glue the backer piece for added stiffness, but be aware that the hole will need reaming since it was not included in the design. Lastly, ensure proper trimming of pieces and follow instructions provided with the original design.
