I got a roll of Hatch Box PLA that has a 54.5 mm hole in it. My Wanhao Duplicator i3 has a 30mm reel stand, creating a size difference I needed to solve. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: fine Infill: 30% Notes: My printer prefers not to start printing small holes on the build platform, so I designed the small part with a thin layer (0.4mm) over the holes and then cleaned them up with a round file and countersink bit. Post-Printing Tapping the holes in with a 6-32 tap is my next step.
