I wanted an inexpensive method of storing my filament and getting rid of boxes that were starting to pile up. This design is fully parametric (step file included) so you can edit it to your heart's content.You only need a dowel and some screws (potentially drywall anchors if you don't use a stud) to mount it. I used a 1 5/16" diameter wooden dowel and cut it to the length I needed in my space. I didn't require it for such a short length, but I have included a “middle” brace if your space is longer and you're worried about the dowel sagging over time.
