This is a 1.75mm filament pelletizer that utilizes spare parts off of an upgraded Genmitsu 3018 CNC, an Ender 5+, and various other 3+ year old projects. It's meant to be built using as many printed and recycled parts as possible. Below you'll find my parts list - I've included Amazon links (NOT affiliate) to similar products as those I used, but they are by no means required. They're just what I used.My parts list:Ender 5+ extruder (https://www.amazon.com/Upgraded-Creality-Extruder-Drive1-75mm-Filament/dp/B07WHYBVJ5 - this is the upgraded extruder; I used the original one off my printer)24v 42mm (45mm with spacer) 775 DC motor with +/- wire leadsmotor speed controller (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09P6CZ21R)e11 1/4" collet5/8" straight bit (1/4" shank)24v bipolar 42 stepper motor (NEMA 17) with 6 pin to 4 pin cablestepper motor driver (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B1HNS9L2)24v 18.5a 400w power supply (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RHJ53C9 - a little overkill, but it works)608 bearing (8mm x 22mm x 7mm)m6 x 30mm cap head screwm6 square nut (10mm)1 3/8" x 1/2" x 1/4" shank rabbet router bit (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078RL4YYJ)I wanted full control over the speeds of both motors to better control pellet size so i opted to use drivers with pots and displays, neither of which are really necessary. One of the big things to look out for is the collar spacer that fits between the bearing and the shank - this should be pretty snug with BOTH the bearing and the shank, otherwise you risk melting the spacer with friction. A better alternative would be buying a 6.35mm to 8mm metal spacer.Another thing to keep in mind is I've modelled the parts slightly off actual spec because I couldn't get a good friction fit otherwise. All parts should fit together VERY snugly.
