I made this manual pelletizer to recycle my old 1.75 filament, and it works really well despite being a manual feed process. It's specifically designed for 1.75 filament. To keep the 5/16 drill bit straight, I used two 608 bearings. You can also use an 8M drill bit instead if you prefer. I printed this pelletizer with 5 perimeters to give it extra strength. To get the middle bearing in place, I had to use vice grips. The arrow shows which direction the drill bit should be spinning.
