Filament Insert Designer Coaster Set 3D-PRINTABLE

With six available designs, these coasters will make a statement wherever they are! Simply print and insert strips of 1.75mm filament. You may need a pair of pliers to help push the filament in. Each coaster comprises of two parts - the insert and the outer rim. The tolerance is tight, so a pressure fit should be all you need. Make sure your extrusion settings are well tuned, as it won't take too much over-extrusion to make the channels too small for the filament. Enjoy, and don't forget to post some pics of your designs! :) Print settings: FOR THE INSERTS: Layer Height - 0.2mm Perimeters - 3 Top Layers - 5 Bottom Layers - 0 (I ran into issues with the inserts peeling off the bed. This fixed it) Infill - Honeycomb @ 10% FOR THE RIMS: Layer Height - 0.2mm Perimeters - 3 Top Layers - 3 Bottom Layers - 3 Infill - Concentric @ 35% (You could get away with no infill TBH)
