Filament Inlet Guide
thingiverse
UPDATE: To include a plain version to fit standard plastic filament feeders. The upgrade filament feeder I purchased didn't come with an inlet adapter, but it did have an M6 thread. So I created a filament guide with an M6 thread and printed it in Taulman 3D Nylon 645 because nothing tends to stick to it, not even the bed most of the time! I used a 0.3mm nozzle at 0.1mm layer height, and the print took 23 minutes at a maximum speed of 20 mm/sec. For the Nylon 645 filament, I set the infill percentage to 35%. It might be worth considering adding a pipe cleaner to the inner cone to remove dust as it feeds. My printers are i3 Pro B models.
