Filament Hole Protector

Filament Hole Protector

When I relocated my 3D printer to a cabinet, I moved the filament reels to the top of the new enclosure. The filament unwinds through the roof of the cabinet into the printer. The metal cabinet features 1mm panels and has had a 12mm hole drilled through it for the filament to pass through. This 3D printed model provides a smooth path through the cabinet roof opening. The model consists of two parts, a smooth upper section held in place by an M12 3D printed nut. My print is made from PETG 1.75mm 3DFillies black filament, with a 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill on my PRUSA I3 MK3S printer. I hope you find this print useful as well.
