Filament holder plus 8mm (up tp 9.5mm) hole adapter

This is a straightforward adapter. The original filament holder was a solid design, except it's optimized for hex nuts with diameters of 14mm and larger. Since I only have smaller hex nuts available, I had to come up with an alternative solution. Additionally, I needed an adapter that would work with my Anet A3's 8mm rod. Note: Before starting this project, you'll need to download the remix source files for "Filament Holder by hippieua." You will also require 630z bearings to complete it.
