Filament holder for (above) CTC Bizer printer

I built this multi-piece filament holder for my CTC 3D printer after weeks of experimentation, finally arriving at something that works. I went about it by trial and error over several weeks, not keeping track of build times but I run my PLA at a steady 208C with an upper limit on extrude speed at 45 mm/s, noting that slower speeds produce better-looking objects albeit taking much longer to complete. The updated axle mod has allowed me to accommodate the change in filament spool design by Inland, which now features smaller central holes, so I modified it to fit through a 2" spool opening with my original design.
