The main filament spool part is completely printable without support. Ball bearings used are 22mm types from fidgetspinners, skateboards, street skates, and many other toys, making them often free and easy to obtain. The hole in these bearings measures 8mm for an M8 x 100mm bolt. Regular 200gr, 500gr, and 1kg spools fit perfectly on this low-friction holder without any need for screws or fixing, allowing for fast and easy one-hand spool changes. The spacer part requires support to print well. Spacer and nut parts are designed specifically to fit on my CR10S PRO holder, but I'm confident they'll work with many similar printers as well. The nut part also needs support to print correctly. Use a thread tap size M8 and tap it very slowly so the plastic and tap don't heat up. Do this a few times until the thread is perfect. The nut can be adjusted to either tight or loose, depending on whether you prefer high or low pressure to the ball bearings. This allows for the perfect friction level to be achieved.
