Filament Holder

I own a Wanhao Duplicator 5s Mini printer and I've run into trouble with stress and subsequent breaking of filament right before it hits the Filament feeder - particularly since I use PLA all the time. After taking a closer look, I believe that too much flex is happening from the spool to the feeder because of where the spool holder is placed now. To fix this issue, I created a custom spool holder that's mounted directly into the cabinet my printer rests in and located below the feeder. By doing this, I hope to significantly reduce strain on the filament. The 123d Design file I used can be modified as needed - just download it and give it a go! My printed version was set to a resolution of .20 with 20% infill.
