Filament holder

Filament holder

thingiverse

You'll need to assemble this filament holder yourself, as it's not fully constructed. To get started, you'll require several components: two triangles measuring 25cm x 25cm made of 4mm Lexan, which is a virtually unbreakable material; ten M8 nuts; three threaded rods made of M8 metal, each 17cm in length; and two ball bearings with the specifications 8x16x4 or 5. Once you have these parts, follow these steps: Print the busse once. Next, print the ringmoer ten times. The stargrip and schroefspindel components were inspired by DerTechniker's design, but I've modified them to accommodate a spool size of 300x100x52. I've also optimized the design to be printable on a XYZ Da Vinci Nano 3D printer with a printability rate of 96%. Finally, you'll need a wrench to remove and install the ringmoer.
