Filament Holder (16mm bearing)

A remake of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1765960 is being created to utilize a 16mm bearing instead of a 21mm one, as only 16mm bearings were available on hand. Print two copies of this design (one for each side of the filament roll), then insert a bearing into each one (pressing them in a vice may be necessary). Next, insert an 8mm rod and finally place the filament roll.
