I had to design a fresh filament guide through my IKEA Lack table enclosure because the first one I created was plagued by sharp edges and an impossibly small diameter. This led to excessive stress on the filament, which inevitably snapped off. To rectify this issue, I crafted a new guide with cones on both sides that converge in the middle, thereby significantly reducing the stress on the filament. I'm confident you'll appreciate the improvement!
