Filament guide with run-out sensor for Ender 3 (pro)
thingiverse
Modular design makes it easy to put together the sensor part and the guide slot, which fit seamlessly together. The smallest micro switch available is used (6.5mm between the holes), making it a precise fit. I copied the guide directly from @Holspeed's design because it works perfectly and I appreciate how easily it slides over the bracket on my Ender 3 Pro. The filament sensor is a combination of several designs found here, with special thanks to @eusshr for pointing out that bending the tip of the lever slightly inwards allows the filament to move smoothly in both directions. My own innovative touch: There's space for two tiny pieces of ptfe tubing (4-5mm) that center and guide the filament even more smoothly than any printed surface could.
