Filament guide with roller for top mount spool holder

This is a remix/merge of a Prusa Mini top mount spool holder and a different filament guide. * Prusa MINI Top Mount Spool Holder by zoula: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4111756 * Filament guide with roller - Ender 3 by Tomaskom_cz: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3095575 I found that the original filament guide was creating tension of the filament when extruding so I just quickly mixed another filament guide. The result is much better and filament is not tensioned anymore. The steps I followed to print the entire top mount spool holder are these ones: * Step 1: You need to print the nut and screw from [Quick Change Universal Spool Holder by Foreverwinter](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1241566/files): * At least you need to print the [bolt](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/62/d1/f6/60/36/Quick_Change_Universal_Spool_Hub_Bolt_2.0.stl) and [nut](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/2d/7f/50/b4/6d/Quick_Change_Universal_Spool_Hub_Nut_2.0.stl) from above. * If you have a spool with a very large central part you can tweak the files yourself (Foreverwinter was great providing Fusion360 parameterized files) or just print a couple of the [enbiggeners](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/79/d7/29/48/97/QCUSH_-_Enbiggener.stl) as I did. * Use a couple of 608 bearings for smooth movement. * Step 2: Use the Z axes support from [Prusa MINI Top Mount Spool Holder by zoula](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4111756): * Print the [holder bracket](https://www.thingiverse.com/download:7546744), no need to print the filament guide as I guess you are here to use this one. * I have used a M8x140mm rod (I bought it from [aliexpress](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001163253744.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4d9ca6eH) and a standard hexagonal M8 nut to hold the bolt from step 1 to the holder. * I have used a couple of M5x12 and t-slot nuts to fix the holder to the Z metal guide. * Step 3: Finally, print the filament guide from [here](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/ce/87/33/fa/48/Prusa_Mini_Top_Mount_guide_roller.stl) and attach it to the holder with a M3x10 screw. You also need to print the [roller](https://www.thingiverse.com/download:8726987) (roller is exactly equal to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3095575, i just included it here for convenience).
