Filament guide with oiler

Filament Guide with Oiler / KODAMA TRINUS A filament guide with an oiler is a must-have for any serious 3D printing enthusiast. This handy device helps to prevent the filament from drying out, which can cause it to jam or even break. The filament guide has a built-in oil cup that allows you to apply a thin layer of oil to the filament as it exits the extruder. This not only keeps the filament moist but also prevents it from sticking to the walls of the print bed. Here's how to use the filament guide with an oiler: 1. Attach the PTFE tube to the bottom of the filament guide. Make sure it fits snugly and is not too loose. 2. Place a sponge in the oil cup, making sure to cut a small notch in it so that the filament can pass through easily. Apply a small amount of oil to the sponge, making sure it's evenly distributed. 3. Attach the M5 x 16 washer to the top of the sponge. 4. Close the oil cup by attaching the lid. 5. Remove the two M3 x 10mm screws holding the extruder in place and replace them with new ones. 6. Feed the filament through the PTFE tube and into the extruder, making sure it's seated properly.
