After some careful consideration, I settled on implementing a filter using a sponge to ensure optimal results. I designed and 3D printed a new part that combines two essential features in one convenient package – a filament guide with an integrated filter. Thanks for your time! PS: If you're experiencing issues with gap guides on the original arm, EPDM bands can be a great solution.
