ENGLISH: I have designed a filament guide for my Ender 3 Pro, I suppose it will also work for the Ender 3, although I have not tested it. This guide is attached to the X axis motor so that it does not rub against anything (you just have to loosen the bearing screw a little to mount it, it is not necessary to remove it completely). It also has a built-in foam filter to clean the filament as it passes. Another advantage of this filter is that the part has a little twist so the PTFE tube adapts better to the position of the extruder at all times and creates less friction.
