Filament guide with dust filter and PTFE coupler thread

I liked the filament guide by [Joew1120](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4903046) and also the one by [EugenioFructuoso](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3176385), so I made a combination of the two with a small twist. I added a 10mm PTFE coupler threading, so that instead of the threaded cap, you thread in the coupler, insert some PTFE tube and have some strain relief as well. Put some foam / sponge into the small cylinder and then screw in the coupler. You might need to make a bit of a hole in the sponge with a needle or small screwdriver to be able to fit your fillament through easily. Should print supportless. Printed on my Creality CR-5 SE.
