First things first, this filament guide works great in combination with another one found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4487170. To get started, you'll need the following: - 4 x 625ZZ bearings, which can be purchased from Amazon or salvaged from old Ender printer wheels. You'll also need to print the following files: - "01_main_arm" (1 unit) - "02_sec_arm" (1 unit) - "03_wheel" (3 units) - "04_wheel_shaft" (4 units) - use 100% infill for optimal results Optional components include: - "05_wheel_cover" (3 units) Don't be fooled by the middle section of the main arm's fragile appearance; it's surprisingly robust. I've been using this filament guide for a few days now, and everything is working as expected. For the "01_main_arm" and "02_sec_arm" files, I printed with 25% infill and 1.2 wall thickness. In contrast, I used 100% infill for the "03_wheel" and "04_wheel_shaft" files. Some components may require assembly or gluing due to their tight fit; in such cases, use small tools like a hammer or similar tool to ease the process. If something seems too tight, it probably is. Sanding certain parts isn't a bad idea if they don't fit properly.
