I'm redesigning the filament guide on my Lack enclosure with a more practical approach. Originally, I had a straight guide running along the top table, just like in those pictures. However, that setup wasn't ideal because it caused excessive bending of the filament. So, I decided to take a different route and create a slit in my table instead. To do this, I printed two inserts that fit snugly together within the hole, ensuring a secure fit. Next, I applied glue to the top and bottom inserts, bonding them firmly to the Lack table.
