I designed this filament guide specifically for my Prusa i3 MK2, equipping it with ball bearing 608 pully guides that minimize friction on the filament. You can source the ball bearing guide pully from banggood, accessible at https://www.banggood.com/5Pcs-30x8mm-U-Plastic-Embedded-608-Groove-Ball-Bearings-Guide-Pulley-p-1097537.html. To print the filament guide bearing, use a raft and supports on its side with a 0.2 layer height setting. The caps and rods should be printed with a skirt at 0.1 layer height. Additionally, trim the inside of the caps slightly to ensure a precise fit.
