This is a comprehensive Filament Guide specifically tailored for a Perspex Prusa I3 setup. I discovered that other filament guides either failed to suit my Prusa's specifications or were poorly aligned with the orientation of my assembly. The design should snugly fit onto a 5mm Perspex Frame, providing a tight fit. This guide was carefully created using FreeCAD software, and the original source file is conveniently included. Below are step-by-step Instructions: Print this guide at normal scale. A printed example, as shown here, was achieved using Black ABS material with a 0.3mm layer thickness setting. The filament guide was also designed within FreeCAD software, ensuring precision and accuracy.
