Filament Guide (MK2*, MK3*)
prusaprinters

I use a dry box to hold the moisture sensitive spools while I'm printing, off to the side of the printer. This is a guide to ensure the filament pivots in the centre and doesn't feed back into the dry box and tangle when the print head moves to the right of the build area.

I haven't tested a full height print with it yet.

Print instructions

Should print easily with any filament, and has a tensioning screw so that the fit can be adjusted if the print is a bit under extruded. As long as the profile is tuned in fairly well and not over extruding it should print easily.

I printed mine in eSun ePA-CF (carbon fibre filled nylon), with the .15 quality profile, 3 perimiters and glue stick on smooth PEI, and the result is beautiful (after drying the nylon spool for 18 hours at 70 c in a food dehydrator). The .3mf contains the profile for that.
