First off, no need to apologize for your English - I'm here to help you get your point across! This is my filament guide, and it's a mix of ideas I've come up with. I was inspired by Tommytwothousand's articulated filament guide on Thingiverse (check it out: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2163508). My design takes a different approach. If your printer is well calibrated, the filament guide should have two articulations - one in the sphere guide and another in the support. I printed the support separately so you can remove it with pliers. To keep things secure, just add a little glue to the guide support. I've included the FreeCAD file for anyone who wants to make some modifications.
